An electric actuator to be primarily used on an all-terrain vehicle (ATV)havingimplements such as snow plow is disclosed. The main purpose of the actuator isto allowthe driver to rotate the blade when it is not touching the ground withouthaving to get outof the vehicle. The actuator is composed of a stator assembly and a motorassembly. Anelectric motor is concealed in the motor assembly and drives a screwed orgrooved partthat engages the threaded or grooved inner surface of the stator assembly.Rotation of thescrewed or grooved part induces a translational movement alongside thelongitudinal axisof the actuator assembly. The translation movement induces the elongation ortheretraction of the actuator depending on the rotating direction of the electricmotor.
