A one piece anastomotic connector is provided. The one piece anastomotic connector is substantially T-shaped in cross-section and has an arterial portion and a venous portion, the arterial portion is implantable into an arterial passageway and the venous portion implantable into a venous passageway. The venous portion and the arterial portion are integrally formed. The arterial portion allows for undisturbed, full flow of blood into extremities of a patient downstream the anastomotic connector.L'invention concerne un connecteur anastomotique monobloc.
