The present invention relates to a gas supply type non-thermal plasma dermatitis treatment apparatus. The gas supply type non-thermal plasma dermatitis treatment apparatus according to the present invention is a device for applying a certain amount of gas to a gap between an electrode portion including a metal electrode and a dielectric on a plane, and a grounding object having a plane parallel to the electrode portion or a gentle gradient, to induce uniform non-thermal plasma generation. The uniform plasma generated by the dermatitis treatment apparatus according to the present invention acts on a site of dermatitis only at a low voltage harmlessly to a human body since the human body itself to be treated becomes a discharge electrode, providing a sterilizing effect on the site of dermatitis with decreased expression of dermatitis-related proteins. In other words, the dermatitis treatment apparatus according to the present invention sterilizes the site of dermatitis, induces skin regeneration, and suppresses expression of inflammation-related proteins by discharging the plasma to the skin. In addition, the dermatitis treatment apparatus according to the present invention discharges uniform plasma to the skin and absorbs ingredients with higher efficiency in transdermal application, and thus, a higher effect can be obtained by using the dermatitis treatment apparatus even when the same amount of an active ingredient is used.
