The hydrogel composition of the present invention has an adjusted and prevented water releasing phenomenon, so the moisture retentivity and the moisture content of hydrogel are improved. As a result, skin adhesion and using senses are improved. Moreover, when a hydrogel product is produced and circulated, a phenomenon in which hydrogel and a release film are separated is reduced.
