To achieve this, a dispenser comprises a casing； a storage chamber inside the casing； a hole for falling at the bottom of the storage chamber； a cover at the top of the storage chamber to be opened； an outlet at the front bottom of the casing to allow the straw to be discharged to the outside； a discharge slope connected to the outlet to guide the straw to the outlet； a rotatable transferring part between the hole for falling and the discharge slope； and a support on the front of the outlet to support the straw.
