The present invention provides a wheelchair tilting device, which comprises a chair frame, a wheel frame, and a control unit. The chair frame is installed with pivotal joint members and guide rods. The wheel frame comprises pivotal joint bars for rotatably jointing the pivotal joint members. The control unit comprises handles, actuation grips, pressing bars, and push bars. The actuation grips are mounted under the handles. The actuation grips are connected through connection components to the chair frame. Fixing devices are provided at connections between the chair frame and the connection components. Control valves are provided on the connection components. The pressing bars are sleeved onto the push bars. One end of the push bars is fixed to the wheel frame, and the other end of the push bars is hinged to the connection components and is fixed to the guide rods through the fixing devices. The pressing bars are fixed to the chair frame.
