PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic which maintains the characteristics of a ceramic, has high-modulus of elasticity, and hardly gives rise to problems such as cracking and chipping, without increasing hardness.SOLUTION: The ceramic having a hardness close to that of a natural tooth and high modulus of elasticity is obtained by mixing and molding ceramic powder, silver powder, water and clay so as to occupy 50-90 mass% of the ceramic powder and 10-50 mass% of the silver powder, and sintering the resultant molded body at a temperature 900-1,050°C.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】セラミックスの有する特性を維持しつつ、硬度をいたずらに上げることなく、弾性係数が高く、割れや欠けなどの問題が発生しにくいセラミックスを提供する。【解決手段】セラミック粉末:50~90質量%、銀粉末:10~50質量%の割合となるように、該セラミック粉末と銀粉末と水と粘土とを混合および成形し、得られた成形体を900~1050℃の温度で焼結させることにより、硬度が天然歯に近く、かつ、弾性係数が高いセラミックスを得る。【選択図】図1
