The invention relates to compounds of the formulas (I), (II), and (III),wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R8, R9, R10, and X have the meanings indicated intheclaims, and/or to the physiologically acceptable salts, tautomers, andstereoisomersof said compounds, including mixtures thereof in all ratios. The compounds offormula(I) can be used to inhibit serine/threonine protein kinases and to sensitizecancercells with respect to anticancer agents and/or ionizing radiation. The aim oftheinvention is also the use of compounds of the formula (I) in the prophylaxis,therapy,or control of the progress of cancer, tumors, metastases, or disorders ofangiogenesis in combination with radiotherapy and/or an anticancer agent. Theinvention further relates to a method for producing the compounds of theformula (I)by reacting compounds of the formula (II) or (III) and if necessary convertinga baseor acid of the compounds of the formula (I) into one of the salts of saidcompounds.
