By evaluating the efficacy of improving the severity of esophageal ulcers in an animal model of chronic reflux esophagitis using betel nut extract, a natural herb, this study suggests that the betel nut extract has a pharmaceutical effect for the prevention or treatment of chronic reflux esophagitis.천연 허브인 빈랑자 추출물을 이용하여 만성 역류성 식도염 동물 모델에서의 식도 궤양의 중증도 개선 효능을 평가함으로써 빈랑자 추출물의 만성 역류성 식도염 예방 또는 치료용으로 약학적 효과가 있음을 제시하고자 한다.
