The present invention relates to a composition for improving and preventing reflux esophagitis and a manufacturing method thereof. The composition for improving and preventing reflux esophagitis is manufactured by using bamboo salt, jade powder, natural alkaline regenerated water of pH 7.5-8.5 collected from a jade mine, and native grass enzyme liquid. The method includes: a step (a) of mixing 30-50 parts by weight of bamboo salt, 1-5 parts by weight of jade powder, and 30-65 parts by weight of natural alkaline regenerated water of pH 7.5-8.5 collected from a jade mine, and then, heating the mixture at 850-1,400C to manufacture a melted mixture； a step (b) of solidifying the mixture, manufactured in step (a), by cooling the mixture； a step (c) of grinding a solid composition manufactured in step (b)； a step (d) of spraying the ground solid composition, manufactured in step (c), and drying the composition； and a step (e) of aging the composition manufactured in step (d).본 발명은 죽염, 옥분말, 옥광산 지역에서 채취한 pH 7.5~8.5의 천연 알칼리환원수, 및 산야초 효소액으로 제조되는 역류성 식도염 개선 및 예방용 조성물로서, (a) 죽염 30~50 중량부, 옥분말 1~5 중량부, 및 옥광산 지역에서 채취한 pH 7.5~8.5의 천연 알칼리환원수 30~65 중량부를 잘 혼합한 후, 850~1400℃로 가열하여 혼합 용융물을 제조하는 단계； (b) 상기 (a)단계에서 제조된 혼합 용융물을 냉각시켜 고체화시키는 단계； (c) 상기 (b)단계에서 제조된 고체 조성물을 분쇄하는 단계； (d) 상기 (c)단계에서 제조된 분쇄 고체 조성물에 산야초 효소액을 분무하여 건조시키는 단계； 및 (e) 상기 (d)단계에서 제조된 조성물을 숙성시키는 단계；를 포함하여 제조되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 역류성 식도염 개선 및 예방용 조성물 및 그의 제조방법을 제공한다.
