An intervertebral spinal implant, for insertion between two consecutive vertebral bodies, includes a volume, inclined first and second through-holes formed in the volume, and elongated first and second fastening elements for securing the volume. The first and second through-holes have respective ends that open onto a front face and onto lower and upper faces of the volume, respectively. The first fastening element extends through the first through-hole and is implanted in the vertebral body adjacent to the lower face. The second fastening element extends through the second through-hole and is implanted in the vertebral body adjacent to the upper face.
