Provided is a protein separation device for a culture water tank on ground. An oxygen generator sprays a fluid mixed with culturing water and oxygen at high pressure to a bubble generator so the bubble generator is operated by using spray energy as power and energy consumption can be reduced. The bubble generator comprises a first mixing frame and a second mixing frame and performs a continuous process of stirring and grinding oxygen into microparticles. Accordingly, microbubbles in micron units can be generated and bubble formation efficiency is high.육상 양식수조용 단백질 수집장치를 제공함으로써, 산소 공급장치에서 사육수와 산소가 혼합된 유체를 고압으로 기포발생장치로 분사시키고, 이와 같은 분사에너지를 동력으로 기포발생장치를 작동시켜 에너지 소비를 절감시킬 수 있고, 기포발생장치는 제1 교반 프레임과 제 2교반프레임이 설치되어 교반 및 산소를 미세입자로 분쇄하는 과정이 연속적으로 이루어지기 때문에 미크론 단위의 미세버블을 생성할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 버블 생성 효율이 높은 효과가 있다.
