The present invention relates to a cream-type cosmetic composition containing stabilized oxygen bubbles； and a preparation method of the same. The cosmetic composition of the present invention provides a cream-type product in which the air inside air bubbles generated in a regular cosmetic cream is replaced with oxygen, wherein the generated air bubbles are fixed by polymers and wax to maintain the form of bubbles, and at the same time, to stabilize the formulation and fix the formulation as an emulsion in which the bubbles are visible, and the cream-type product is further stabilized so as to prevent elution of the replaced oxygen, and exhibits excellent scoopability and spreadability due to containing the bubbles while in use. Due to the stabilized oxygen bubbles, the cream-type cosmetic composition can directly deliver oxygen when applied to the skin, thereby providing excellent skin tone-improving and exfoliating effects. Accordingly, the cream-type cosmetic composition can provide the skin-brightening effect without the separate use of a skin-brightening agent, and may further provide other effects such as the effects of promoting metabolism and improving blood circulation.본 발명은 산소버블이 안정화된 크림타입의 화장료 조성물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 일반 화장료 크림타입에 발생된 기포 내 공기를 산소로 치환하되, 상기 발생된 기포를 고분자와 왁스로 고정하여 버블형태를 유지하여 제형에 안정화와 동시에 눈에 보이는 에멀젼의 형태로 고정화하고, 상기 치환된 산소를 용출되지 않도록 안정화하여 사용시 버블이 함유되어 떠짐성과 발림성이 우수한 크림타입을 제공하고, 상기 안정화된 산소버블로 인해 피부 도포 시 직접적인 산소의 전달이 가능하므로 피부 톤 개선효과와 각질 제거효과가 우수하여 별도의 미백제를 사용하지 않고도 피부 미백효과를 제공하고, 신진대사의 촉진, 혈행 개선과 같은 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
