PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair which can be driven efficiently.SOLUTION: The wheelchair has, instead of a hand rim, a handle able to be connected to or disconnected from an input wheel at an arbitrary position and also able to continuously change force with which the handle is connected to the input wheel.
