FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for growing garlic. Method of growing one-clover bulbs from winter garlic bulbils provides cutting of inflorescences, drying, winter storage of seeding material at a temperature of 18-20°C and planting. Inflorescences are cut out with a part of the plant spear of the length of more than 30 cm with a cracking of the cover on the inflorescence. Then bulbils with spears are dried at a temperature 28-32°C and humidity 45-60%. Then bulbils are stored at a temperature 18-20°C for 2-3 months and a relative humidity of 40-50%. Further the bulbils are stored at a temperature 0-2°C and a relative humidity of 40-50%. In spring bulbils are removed from the storage building for no more than 10 days prior to planting, they are threshed calibrated. Bulbils larger than 5 mm are pretreated and planted in a fine lumpy soil 600-800 items/m2. This is followed by indentation of bulbils into the soil by rolling them, and on top the bulbils are mulched with a peat layer of 2-3 cm. Storage building for implementing the method of growing one-clover bulbs from winter garlic bulbils is made as a storage pile with snow layer not less than 60 cm, with a base in the form of a pillow of snow of not less than 20 cm.
