PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide type walk instruction device and a guide type walk instruction method which can enhance a motivation to continue walk training.SOLUTION: The guide type walk instruction device instructs a walk position on a walk route P and includes: an arrangement member 1 a light emission member 31 a translucent member 32 and a voice instruction unit 4. The light emission member 31 is arranged on the arrangement member 1, generates a light ray of a walk position projected on the walk route P, and provides a patient visual stimulation. The patient can clearly know a stride to be taken by himself/herself. A function of voice instruction is provided and an effect of auditory stimulation is enlarged to effectively cover a defect of shortage of internal initiation of motions of a Parkinson disease patient. Therefore, tiresomeness and dullness of the training are avoided to greatly enhance a motivation of a patient to the training.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】歩行訓練を継続する動機を高めることができる案内式歩行指示装置及び案内式歩行指示方法を提供する。【解決手段】 ?行指示装置は歩行路線P上で歩行位置を指示し、配置部材1、発光部材31、透光部材32及び音声指示ユニット4を有する。発光部材31は、配置部材1上に設置し、歩行路線P上に投射する歩行位置の光線を発生し、患者に視覚刺激を提供する。患者は自分が踏み出すべき歩幅を明確に知ることができる。また、音声指示の機能を提供し、聴覚刺激の効果を拡大し、パーキンソン病患者の動作の内部開始(internal initiation)不足の欠点を効果的に補うことができる。よって、訓練の退屈さとつまらなさを回避し、患者の訓練に対する意欲を大きく高めることができる。【選択図】 図4
