PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection support device in which medical information can be easily acquired.SOLUTION: An inspection support device of an embodiment comprises: an association unit a creation unit a storage unit and a display control unit. The association unit associates selected plural inspections, when the plural inspections which should be the association objects are selected by a user, out of an inspection groups of inspections which are executed by using modality capable of creating a medical image. The creation unit creates a management file for managing the pieces of medical information following to each associated inspections. The storage unit stores the created management file.
