The present invention relates to an apparatus for supplying a feed for poultry, capable of smoothly distributing the feed by preventing the clumping of the feed at the time of conveyance, preventing the contamination of the feed due to excreta, and lowering the failure rate and reducing the costs for installation and maintenance by simplifying the structure. For achieving these, the apparatus of the present invention comprises an upper body, a lower body, and water supply plates. The upper body includes a feed conveying pipe part and a feed storing part. The feed conveying pipe part has a feed conveyance unit and a feed outlet formed below the feed conveyance unit in a length direction. The feed storing part is extended from the feed conveying pipe part to be downwardly inclined to the outside, has feed supply ports perforated in a lower portion thereof, and includes feed distribution guide plates downwardly inclined to the inside from the top ends of the feed supply ports. The lower body has outer walls for supporting the upper body, and a triangular pyramid protruding upwardly from the bottom between ends of the feed distribution guide plates so as to distribute the feed filling the upper body to both sides.
