In order to improve manufacturing convenience and accuracy, the present invention provides a digital prosthesis manufacturing method comprising: a first step of obtaining a 3D work image comprising information on an internal oral cavity having a fixture implanted therein and on a surface of a maxillary arch, and articulating information with arches; a second step of designing and manufacturing a temporary digital prosthesis comprising a temporary tooth unit which, based on the articulating information, articulation-corresponds to the maxillary arch by one side thereof, forms a temporary coupling surface coupled to the maxillary arch on the other side thereof and arranges and places a coupling area corresponding to an arranging place of the fixture, and an arrangement coupling unit which is integrally connected to a boundary of the temporary tooth unit to be coupled to surface information of the internal oral cavity in the 3D work image; a third step of installing the manufactured temporary digital prosthesis in the maxillary arch, obtaining a corrected scanning image for the temporary digital prosthesis having the corrected temporary coupling surface and coupling area, and separating and removing from the temporary tooth unit since the arrangement coupling unit is cut; and a fourth step of setting a virtual coupling groove corresponding to surface information of corrected coupling area in an internal profile set according to surface information of the corrected temporary coupling surface contained in the corrected scanning image, and designing and manufacturing a final digital prosthesis.제조편의성 및 정밀성이 개선되도록, 본 발명은 픽스츄어가 식립된 구강 내부와 대상악궁의 표면정보 및 대합악궁과의 교합정보를 포함하는 3차원 작업이미지가 획득되는 제1단계; 상기 교합정보를 기반으로 일측이 상기 대합악궁과 교합 대응되고 타측에는 상기 대상악궁과 형합되는 임시형합면이 형성되며 상기 픽스츄어의 배열위치에 대응하여 결합영역이 정렬 배치된 임시치아부와, 상기 임시치아부의 테두리에 일체로 연결되어 상기 3차원 작업이미지의 구강 내부 표면정보에 형합되도록 형성되는 정렬형합부를 포함하는 임시 디지털보철이 설계 및 제조되는 제2단계; 제조된 상기 임시 디지털보철이 상기 대상악궁에 설치되되 상기 임시형합면 및 상기 결합영역이 보정된 임시 디지털보철에 대한 보정스캐닝이미지가 획득되고,
