The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing fermented seafood, and more specifically, to an apparatus for producing fermented seafood, which not only enables main materials and salt to be continuously injected and stirred such that fermented seafood can be produced uniformly and promptly and a mixing ratio and mixing speed of the main materials and salt can be freely adjusted but also automates supplying, mixing, and discharging of raw materials differently from a conventional cottage industry type production process to maximize productivity.
