The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for wrinkle amelioration and skin whitening, containing at least two selected among a Cudrania tricuspidata extract, an asaroum extract, a phlomis root extract, and a mountain ash extract. The composition of the present invention excellently inhibits tyrosinase and elastase enzymes, and also shows higher effects of inhibiting elastase, compared to retinol and adenosine which are a wrinkle amelioration composition, thereby being useful for ameliorating wrinkles on skin.
