The present invention relates to an injection needle assembly for reuse prevention and safe disposal. In particular, a cover is connected by a hinge to one side of a coupling hole coupled to a holder in which an injection needle is inserted, so that the injection needle can be covered by the cover after use to be discarded, wherein a locking protrusion of the cover is forcibly inserted in a locking groove on the coupling opening and thereby prevented from departing therefrom, thus allowing the injection needle to be prevented from reuse and safely discarded. According to the present invention, the injection needle assembly provides excellent use satisfaction； due to a particularly simple structure, can be conveniently manufactured with excellent productivity； and by a simple manipulation of rotating the cover, can cover and discard the injection needle, and thus is easy and safe to use.본 발명은 재사용 방지 및 안전 폐기용 주사 바늘 조립체에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 주사 바늘이 삽입되는 홀더에 결합되는 결합구 일측에 덮개를 경첩에 의해 일체로 연결하여 주사 바늘 사용 후 덮개로 덮어 폐기하되, 상기 덮개의 로크 돌기가 결합구의 로크 홈에 억지 삽입되어 이탈 방지되게 결합되면서 주사 바늘을 안전 폐기함은 물론 재 사용을 방지하도록 사용하여 사용 만족감이 우수하고, 특히 간단한 구조에 의해 제조, 생산성이 우수함은 물론 덮개를 회전시켜주는 간단한 조작에 의해 주사바늘을 커버시켜 폐기하므로 사용이 간단하고 사용 안전성을 우수하게 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
