PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonance signal amplification probe capable of adjusting resonance frequency to Larmor frequency, and to provide a high-frequency treatment instrument for endoscopes.SOLUTION: A resonance signal amplification probe that is inserted in a body cavity and amplifies a resonance signal, when capturing an image using a magnetic resonance spectroscopy, includes: a flexible sheath an operation wire that is inserted in the interior of the flexible sheath a loop-shaped resonant circuit that can project/retract with respect to the distal end of the flexible sheath a connecting member for connecting the distal end of the operation wire to the resonant circuit and an operating section that advances/retracts the operation wire in the interior of the flexible sheath to advance/retract the resonant circuit. The resonant circuit has a loop-shaped resonance coil electromagnetically coupled with a receiving coil that receives a resonance signal when capturing an image using a magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and a capacitor inserted inside the loop of the resonance coil and serially connected to the resonance coil.
