PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a shape change of a subjects lower limb in a lower limb shape change measuring apparatus, method, and program.SOLUTION: The lower limb shape change measuring apparatus comprises: a measurement unit which has an imaging unit for photographing the lower limb of a walking subject and for outputting image data, and a posture measurement unit for measuring the posture of the subjects lower limb and for outputting posture data, and which outputs measurement data containing the image data and the posture data a shape calculation unit which pairs three-dimensional shape data of the subjects lower limb and the posture data of the lower limb and stores the paired data in a storage unit, the three-dimensional shape data of the subjects lower limb being calculated from the image data with respect to the measurement data at each time and a shape displacement determination unit which determines a displacement of a three-dimensional shape by comparing three-dimensional shape data paired with the posture data of which difference from the lower limb posture data in the data pair of the previous measurement data is less than a threshold value, among the data pairs measured in the past and stored in the storage unit, against the three-dimensional shape data in the data pair of the current measurement time.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】下肢形状変化測定装置、方法及びプログラムにおいて、被験者の下肢形状の変化を正確に判定することを目的とする。【解決手段】歩行する被験者の下肢を撮影して画像データを出力する撮像部と、前記被験者の下肢姿勢を測定して姿勢データを出力する姿勢測定部を有し、前記画像データ及び前記被験者の下肢の姿勢データを含む計測データを出力する計測部と、各時刻における前記計測データについて、前記画像データから算出した前記被験者の下肢の三次元形状のデータと、前記下肢の姿勢データとを対で記憶部に格納する形状算出部と、過去に測定され前記記憶部に格納されているデータの対のうち、前記測定時のデータの対の下肢の姿勢データとの差が閾値以下の姿勢データと対をなす三次元形状データと測定時のデータの対の三次元形状データを比較し、三次元形状の変位を判定する形状変位判定部を備えるように構成する。【選択図】図1
