According to one embodiment, the present invention discloses a processing and freezing method of distributing meat and, more specifically, relates to a method which enables to wash, refrigerate, and chop meat； and automatically performs a freezing process for distribution after performing processes of washing, refrigerating, and packaging.일 실시예에 의하여 본 발명은 육류를 유통하기 위하여 가공 및 냉각하는 방법을 개시하고 있으며, 보다 구체적으로 본 방법은 육류를 세척하고, 냉각시키고, 세절하며, 세척, 냉각 및 포장 단계를 거쳐 유통을 위하여 냉동되는 과정이 자동으로 행해짐을 특징으로 한다.
