A needle base (3.1) is connected to an operation tab or an operation lug (3.1.2.1) by a guiding and connecting rib (3.1.3). A needle tube protection sleeve (1) is an elongated hollow housing. The needle tube protection sleeve is sleeved into the needle base from the back end of the catheter needle and slides forward until a back engagement device between the two engages and connects, and at this point, the needle protection sleeve completely covers the needle tip.
