The present invention relates to the oral cavity scanner for photographing a surface image of teeth inside a mouth. Specifically, the present invention provides an oral cavity scanner which comprises: a light source for generating visible light a sensor for receiving a laser reflected from teeth a body having the light source and the sensor embedded therein an optical system for irradiating a laser generated in the light source to the teeth, and allowing to receive the laser reflected from the teeth in the sensor and an insert inserted in a mouth of a person to be examined by being a tubular shape extended from the body, and having the optical system mounted therein.
