PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixture for improving plant growth environment in which dispersion can be performed using an atomizer or the like without requiring a complicated preparatory work.SOLUTION: A mixture for improving growth environment is a mixture in which a mixed oil of: a first vegetable oil obtained from a plant of chinaberry family of sapindus order and a second vegetable oil obtained from a plant of sesame family of figwort order is made a colloid by a sodium aliphatic acid.
