The present invention relates to a portable sterilizing and drying device for a container and, more specifically, to a sterilizing and drying device increasing air flowing efficiency therein to increase drying efficiency. According to the present invention, the portable sterilizing and drying device comprises: a body unit including a storage space therein； a sterilization unit formed on the upper part of the body unit in a shape having a protruding end part of a lamp for sterilization； an upper plate part having a lamp reception hole formed at a center to receive the sterilization unit and having a plurality of hot air injection holes radially formed along the outer circumferential surface of a hole to receive the sterilization unit therein so as to cover the upper part of the body unit； a lower plate unit formed in a plate shape on the lower part of the upper plate at an interval to form a reception space in a space formed with the upper plate unit, and including a through-hole-shaped hot air generation hole at a center； a heater unit inserted into the hot air generation hole to generate heat； a blowing unit having a fan formed on the lower part of the heater unit to blow wind upwardly； a cap unit to seal the upper part of the body unit； and a communicating hole penetrating and connected to a space, where the blowing unit is installed, from the center of the bottom part of the body unit.
