The present invention relates to a portable baby bottle sterilizing apparatus which can sterilize a baby bottle without an external power. The portable baby bottle sterilizing apparatus comprises: a body unit having a heat unit which has an accommodating space for accommodating components on an upper portion thereof and a concave space for accommodating an upper portion of a baby bottle on a lower portion thereof, and also an extension unit which is extended through the center of the head unit as a cross-section thereof is reduced than that of the head unit, and has a guide protrusion on an end part of an outer wall； a center guide unit which is formed in a long cylindrical shape, and has a guide groove to guide the guide protrusion which is inserted into an inner wall； a spring which is inserted into the inside of the center guide unit, and applies an elastic force to the extension unit； and a sterilization module which is inserted into a lower end of the center guide unit. The sterilization module is inserted into the baby bottle, the baby bottle can be sterilized while having an upper portion accommodated in the head unit, and a separation distance between the body unit and the sterilization module can be controlled to correspond to a length of the baby bottle, according to a compression degree of the spring.
