PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately expose radiations for treatment to the diseased part of a patient.SOLUTION: The three-dimensional position Pi of the time ti is calculated on the basis of the first predicted two-dimensional position Qi-1 of the time ti-1, the first predicted two-dimensional position Qi+1 of the time ti+1, and the second predicted two-dimensional position Qi of the time ti. The first predicted two-dimensional position Qi-1 and the second predicted two-dimensional position Qi+1 are predicted on the basis of a plurality of two-dimensional positions calculated from a plurality of first images imaged by a first imager. The second predicted two-dimensional position Qi is predicted on the basis of the plurality of two-dimensional positions calculated from a plurality of second images.
