The filtering part includes: a filtering part body including a plurality of chambers divided by a plurality of partitions, a first inlet for taking polluted water and bubbles, and a first outlet for discharging purified water； and an upper cover covering the upper part of the body. The pumping part includes: a pumping part body including a second inlet and a second outlet； a water inflow part formed into a T-shaped pipe to be combined through the second inlet, absorbing water and air through the upper part, absorbing water through the lower part, and discharging the absorbed water and air through a lateral part； a pump placed in the pumping part body, and stirring the absorbed water and air for forming bubbles, and then, transferring the water and the bubbles to the second outlet； and a connection tube connecting the second outlet and the first inlet to form a passage for transferring the water and bubbles discharged from the pumping part to the filtering part.
