PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a diameter of an insertion part narrower.SOLUTION: An objective optical system 71 and an image transmission optical system 211 form an optical image from a main view point which is a first view point, and an optical image from a sub view point which is a second view point on a common focal surface. Mechanical shutters 72 open and close an optical path of the sub view point. An imaging element 2a images the optical image which is formed on the focal surface and outputs an imaging signal.
