PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for scalp which is excellent in imparting and sustaining a moisturizing effect to the scalp and less stickiness and squeakiness of body hair such as hair, mustache, beard and sideburns at the time of application.SOLUTION: The composition for scalp comprises the following components (A) to (C): (A) monoalkylene glycol； (B) polyalkylene glycol that is liquid at 25°C conditions； and (C) an oil solution liquid at 25°C conditions.
