PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid body odor suppressing agent containing a powder in a liquid such as water or alcohol, which has excellent body odor suppression effects and caking preventing performance and excellent practical aptitude without staining an application object in black.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid body odor suppressing agent which comprises: a powder (component A) a liquid (component B) selected from the group consisting of water and a monohydric alcohol having 1 to 3 carbon atoms an electrolyte (component C) and a titanium oxide-coated activated carbon (component D) containing activated carbon and titanium oxide present on the surface of the activated carbon.
