PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that straining water/hot water from noodles in the conventional way is wearisome and laborious when the frequency increases because the noodles in a strainer raised from a boiling pot are swung by human hand to strain the water/hot water.SOLUTION: A strainer with noodles raised from the boiling pot is attached to a stay rod or a shaft and then is moved up and down by any method in which spring, rubber or the like expands and contracts by any means selected from cam, air, magnet, screw, lever, or the like. The water or hot water of the noodles in the strainer is strained by the shock when the strainer moves down and hits a metal stopper.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来の麺類の水切り、湯切りは、茹で釜から上げた網籠に入った麺類の水分湯分を、人が、その網籠を、手で振り、水分湯分を飛ばしていた為、その回数が多くなると、疲労し、たいへんである、という問題があった。【解決の手段】茹で釜から上げた網籠に入った麺類の水分湯分を、ステ棒やシャフトにその網籠を取りつけて、カム、エアー、磁石、ねじ、レバー等の任意の方法により、バネ、ゴム、等の伸び縮みする任意の方法を、伸縮させて、上下させる事による下がった時の止め金具にあたる衝撃により、切り、飛ばし を行なう。【選択図】図1
