Provided are a travel process prediction system, a travel process prediction method, a travel process prediction device, and a computer program with which it is possible to reliably predict the time required for travel. When travelling objects, such as travelers, travel by using a transportation means, an information acquiring device (2) acquires, for example, the passage date/time at which each travelling object passed each waypoint in an arrival/departure facility, transportation-means specifying information indicating the transportation means, and situation information indicating the situation. A travel process prediction device (1) stores the acquired pieces of information in association with one another, and finds a regression equation that represents the relationship between: a passage time instant at a specific waypoint that a travelling object is scheduled to pass, the lapse of time between the passage of two specific waypoints, or a comparison result obtained by comparing a passage date/time with the boarding-complete date/time at the transportation means that a travelling object is scheduled to use; and items included in said transportation-means specifying information or said situation information.
