The implantable medical device further has an electrical component arranged in the interior, as well as a mounting frame, which is arranged in the interior and surrounds the electrical component. The mounting frame has at least one clamping structure. The at least one clamping structure is configured to exert a force onto the electrical component in order to fix the electrical component in the interior of the device housing.
