A surgical-guide fixing assembly for dental implantation and a method of use thereof. The fixing assembly comprises an anchor screw (1) and a screw base (2). A first end (1-1) of the anchor screw (1) is provided with an external thread on an outer wall thereof, and a second end of the anchor screw (1) is provided with a drive position (1-2) configured to match an installation tool. A first end of the screw base (2) is detachably connected to the second end of the anchor screw (1), and a second end of the screw base (2) consists of a tapered structure and is configured to be engaged with an engagement recess on an implant surgical guide.
