Provided is a cleansing sheet in which a cleansing emulsion composition has excellent storage stability despite having a relatively low viscosity, and whereby markedly superior cleansing power can be demonstrated. The cleansing sheet pertaining to the present invention is provided with a sheet substrate and a cleansing emulsion composition, impregnated in the sheet substrate. The cleansing emulsion composition contains a nonionic surfactant, an alkyl acrylate/methacrylate copolymer, and an ointment, the nonionic surfactant being at least one species selected from the group consisting of polyoxyethylene glyceryl diisostearate, polyoxyethylene glyceryl monoisostearate, and polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, and the viscosity of the cleansing emulsion composition being 1000 mPa∙s or less at 25°C.
