Syringe comprises: a cylinder having a flange extending radially therefrom； plunger, at least partially located in cylinder； and a flanged reamer having a central body and opposing gripping elements extending radially from the central body, the central body having a proximal end, a distal end and a longitudinal opening extending between the proximal and distal ends.
