PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation training mechanism in which the training of a daily performance can be done along the feature, circumstances, and the living space or the like of a trainer.SOLUTION: The operation training mechanism 1 includes: a supporting wall 3 that installs a toilet seat 6 and a movement wall 4 that is installed in one end section of the supporting wall 3. A horizontal handrail 18 and a longitudinal handrail 20 are installed on a support plate 16 respectively in the front surface and rear surface of the movement wall 4. The support plate 16 can go up and down by one-touch by a gas spring 17 along a guide rail 14, and the longitudinal handrail 20 can be moved along the horizontal handrail 18 by one-touch making the horizontal handrail 18 be inserted in a through hole. A second concave portion that engages with a top guide member 11 is formed in a connecting member 29 installed in the end portion of an upper beam 27 of the movement wall 4, and the engaging part that engages with a bottom guide member 12 is installed in the end portion of a lower beam 28 of the movement wall 4. The movement wall 4 moves along the top guide member 11 and the bottom guide member 12 of the supporting wall 3, and the stop position of the movement wall 4 can be set up in the either side of the toilet seat 6.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】訓練者の特徴や事情、生活空間等に沿って日常動作の訓練を行える。【解決手段】動作訓練機構1は、便座6を設けた支持壁3と、支持壁3の一端部に取り付けた移動壁4とを設けた。移動壁4の表面と裏面には支持板16上に水平手摺り18と縦手摺り20をそれぞれ設けた。支持板16はガイドレール14に沿ってガススプリング17によってワンタッチで昇降可能であり、縦手摺り20は貫通孔に水平手摺り18を挿通させて、水平手摺り18に沿ってワンタッチで移動可能である。移動壁4の上梁27の端部に設けた連結部材29には上部ガイド部材11に嵌合する第二凹部を形成し、移動壁4の下梁28の端部に下部ガイド部材12に嵌合する係合部を設けた。移動壁4は支持壁3の上部ガイド部材11と下部ガイド部材12に沿って移動し、移動壁4の停止位置は便座6のいずれかの側に設置できる。【選択図】図1
