PURPOSE: An extracting method of essential oil from Retinispora is provided to extract the essential oil with a high yield which contains a large amount of sabinene and pinene and has a low viscosity. CONSTITUTION: An extracting method of essential oil comprises: a first step cooling and drying a Retinispora； a step of pulverizing the dried material into a particle size of 0.2-2 mm； a step of conducting a first supercritical extraction of the pulverized material at 40-50 deg. C and 100-200 bar； and a step of a second supercritical extraction of the material at 45-55 deg. C and 100-200 bar. [Reference numerals] (AA) Supercritical extract from retinispora by pressure； (BB) Extraction yield(%)； (CC) Pressure(bar)본 발명은 초임계 추출을 이용한 편백나무 유래 에센셜 오일의 추출 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 편백나무를 냉풍 건조한 후 상기 편백나무 건조물을 0.2 ㎜ 내지 2 ㎜의 입자 크기로 분쇄한 다음 40 내지 50 ℃의 온도 및 100 내지 200 bar의 압력 하에서 초임계 이산화탄소로 1차 초임계 추출한 후, 상기 편백나무의 1차 초임계 추출물을 45 내지 55 ℃의 온도 및 100 내지 200 bar의 압력 하에서 초임계 이산화탄소로 2차 초임계 추출함으로써 편백나무로부터 특히 사비넨, 피넨 등의 기능성 성분이 다량 함유되어 있는 에센셜 오일을 고효율로 추출하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
