An implantable element, the outer surface of which at least partially has an open-cell porous structure, produced by a method comprising the steps of: (a) producing an implantable shell; (b) applying a hardening liquid composition to the shell, which is a mixture of an elastomer, a leachable agent and a solvent; (c) applying particles to the composition of the layer; (d) allowing the composition to stabilize; (e) removing particles and the leachable agent from the stabilized composition to form a composite material a, the outer surface of which at least partially has an open-cell porous structure. 2. An element according to claim 1, characterized in that the implantable membrane is a breast implant membrane. An element according to claim 1, characterized in that the leachable agent is a water-soluble polymer. The element according to claim 1, characterized in that the leachable agent is selected from the group of substances consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, polyacrylic acid; polymethacrylate, polylactide, polyglycolide, polycaprolactone, polydioxanone, their derivatives, mixtures, copolymers, make-up artists, as well as their combination. 5. The element according to claim 1, characterized in that the solvent is selected from the group of substances consisting of xylene, pentane, hexane, dichloromethane (DCM), dimethyl sulfoxide, dioxane, NMP, DAMM, and combinations thereof. An element according to claim 1, characterized in that the mixture is an emulsion. An element according to claim 1, characterized in that the particles include materials selected from the group of substances consisting of sodium chloride, barium sulfate, potassium nitrate, sodium carbonate.
