The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing frozen noodles. The method includes the steps of: putting boiled noodles in a tray to freeze the noodles separating the noodles from the tray in a state in which the tray is upside down so that a relatively flat surface, which faces a bottom surface of the tray, faces upward and an uneven surface, which is opposite to the flat surface and is relatively non-flat, faces downward transferring the noodles separated to allow the uneven surface to face downward while the noodles are reversed so that the flat surface faces downward and wrapping the transferred noodles.
