A pharmaceutical preparation for administering an aerosol containing the (-) - enantiomer of a compound of general formula (I): wherein n is 0 or 1； R and R may be the same or different and are selected from the group consisting of: linear or branched (C-C) alkyl optionally substituted with one or more halogen atoms； OR, where R is a linear or branched (C — C) alkyl, optionally substituted with one or more halogen atoms or (C — C) cycloalkyl groups； and HNSOR, where R is a linear or branched (C — C) alkyl optionally substituted with one or more halogen atoms； where at least one of R and R is HNSOR and a propellant. 2.
