PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation method of mushrooms which does not require expensive air conditioning facility and high cultivation technique, and with which mushrooms can be easily cultivated on a mushroom bed.SOLUTION: A culture medium body 14 is input into a bottom part of a cylindrical or square cylindrical cultivation bag 12 whose upper area is open to an arbitrary height. A height from a top face of the culture medium body 14 to an opening end part of the cultivation bag 12 positioned above the culture medium body 14 is set to a length 0.5 to 2 times the height of the culture medium body 14. A space which is surrounded by the cultivation bag 12 and in which ventilation is cut off to a certain level is created above the culture medium body 14. After first fruiting bodies are primarily generated on the culture medium body 14 and cropped, the used culture medium body 14 is inverted to make a bottom surface become a top face. A height from a top face of the inverted culture medium body 14 to the opening end part of the cultivation bag 12 positioned above the culture medium body 14 is set to a length 0.5 to 2 times the height of the culture medium body 14 to form a mushroom culture medium 10, and mushrooms are secondarily generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】高価な空調設備と高度な栽培技術が不要で、キノコを簡単に菌床栽培することができるキノコの栽培方法を提供する。【解決手段】上方が開口する円筒状あるいは角筒状の栽培袋12の底部に、培地本体14を任意の高さまで入れる。培地本体14の上面から、培地本体14の上方に位置する栽培袋12の開口端部までの高さを、培地本体14の高さに対して0.5~2倍の長さにする。培地本体14の上方に、栽培袋12で囲まれ且つ通気をある程度遮断された空間を作る。培地本体14で最初に子実体を1次発生させて収穫した後、使用した培地本体14を上下反転して、底面を上面にする。上下反転した培地本体14の上面から、培地本体14の上方に位置する栽培袋12の開口端部までの高さを、培地本体14の高さに対して0.5~2倍の長さにして、キノコ培地10を形成し、キノコを2次発生させる。【選択図】図1
