PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material for pasting transdermal medicine economical because of requiring a small amount of transdermal medicine, good in adhesion to the skin and hardly being peeled, also good in releasability of the transdermal medicine into the body.SOLUTION: The first base material for pasting transdermal medicine in which a surface layer 2 consisting of an adhesive segmented polyurethane gel for containing the transdermal medicine, thinner than a first support layer 1, is laminated on and integrated with one surface of the support layer 1 consisting of the adhesive segmented polyurethane gel has the surface layer made into a hydrophilic gel and the support layer made into an amphipathic or a lipophilic gel. The second base material for pasting transdermal medicine has a surface layer made into a lipophilic gel and a support layer made into an amphipathic or a hydrophilic gel. When the hydrophilic transdermal medicine is poured on the first base material and the lipophilic transdermal medicine is poured on the second base material, since the medicines essentially do not penetrate into the support layers but permeates the thin surface layers having affinity to the medicine and are contained in them, the amount of the medicines can be saved. Even though the surface layers are thin, they are backed up by the support layers and the adhesion to the skin is improved and hardly peeled off. Also, due to the thin surface layer, the transdermal medicine moves to releasing surface fast and is released.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】経皮薬の含有量が少なく経済的であり、皮膚に対する粘着性が良好で剥脱し難く、経皮薬の体内への放出性も良い経皮薬貼付用基材を提供する【解決手段】第一の経皮薬貼付用基材は、粘着性セグメント化ポリウレタンゲルからなる支持層1の片面に、支持層1より薄い経皮薬含有用の粘着性セグメント化ポリウレタンゲルからなる表面層2を積層一体化したもので、表面層を親水性のゲル、支持層を両親媒性又は親油性のゲルとしている。第二の貼付用基材は、表面層を親油性のゲル、支持層を両親媒性又は親水性のゲルとしたものである。第一の基材に親水性の経皮薬、第二の基材に親油性の経皮薬を注ぐと、実質的に支持層には浸透せず親和性のある薄い表面層に浸透、含有されるので含有量を節約できる。表面層は薄くても支持層でバックアップされて皮膚との密着性が向上し剥脱し難い。表面層が薄いと経皮薬が放出面へ速やかに移行して放出される。【選択図】図1
