1. A method of obtaining a modified antigenic Aβ peptide, comprising (a) obtaining a blank of antigenic Aβ peptide using standard automated peptide synthesis on a resin; and (b) modifying the obtained precursor of the antigenic Aβ peptide by grafting onto the resin a lipophilic or hydrophobic fragment with terminal residues of the obtained preform of the Aβ peptide. 2. The method according to claim 1, comprising the steps of: (a) attaching a protected amino acid to a resin using a sewing method known in chemistry; (b) removing the protected group and attaching a second protected amino acid residue: (c) synthesizing an antigenic Aβ peptide on a resin using standard automated peptide synthesis using the method of sewing known in chemistry; (d) at the final stage of combining two additionally protected amino acid residues into a growing peptide fragment; (e) selective cleavage of Mtt groups from protected x amino acid residues and combinations with palmitic acid; and (e) cleaving all protective groups and sequentially separating the palmitoylated antigenic Aβ peptide from the resin. 3. The method of claim 1, wherein the protected amino acid residues in steps a) and b) are Fmoc-protected. A method according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the obtained modified antigenic Aβ peptide has a high frequency. The method according to claim 4, wherein the modified antigenic Aβ peptide has a frequency of from 50% to 95%. The method of claim 5, wherein the modified antigenic Aβ peptide consists of a once-occurring or repeating site several times, comprising from 13 to 15 adjacent amino acid residues from the N-terminal region1.
