PURPOSE: A non-aqueous organic material pre-treating system of a wet-type scrubber is provided to obtain bad odor reducing effect and to increase the treating efficiency of the wet-type scrubber by converting non-aqueous aromatic hydrocarbon into aqueous materials such as quinine, organic acids, or aldehydes. CONSTITUTION: An ozone generating unit(110) generates and supplies ozone. A radical generating unit(120) generates acid radical from the ozone and supplies the acid radical. A radical injecting unit(130) is installed at an exhaust pipe(11) through which contaminated exhaust gas passes. Air containing the active radical is injected into the exhaust gas toward a wet type scrubber. A non-aqueous organic material pre-treating system converts non-aqueous organic materials from the exhaust gas into aqueous organic materials by contacting the active radical with the non-aqueous organic materials.본 발명은 수세식 방지시설의 비수용성 유기물 전처리 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 오존발생장치와, 오존발생장치로부터 오존을 공급받아 활성 라디칼(OH 라디칼)을 발생시키는 라디칼발생장치와, 라디칼발생장치로부터 공급되는 활성 라디칼을 수세식 방지시설의 스크러버로 공급되는 공정배출가스에 주입하는 라디칼주입장치를 구비하여, 라디칼발생장치가 공급하는 활성 라디칼을 이용하여 공정배출가스 중의 비수용성 방향족 탄화수소를 퀴논, 유기산류, 알데히드류 등의 수용성 물질로 전환시켜 공급하도록 함으로써, 수세식 방지시설에서의 처리 효율을 높이는 동시에 악취 저감 효과를 얻을 수 있도록 한 비수용성 유기물 전처리 시스템에 관한 것이다.
